Hi, I’m Benj! I work as a Customer Service Representative here at One Stop Insurance, and I’m often the first person you’ll connect with when you reach out to us. Whether it’s a billing question, making changes to your policy, doing follow-ups to make sure everything is in place, or starting a new insurance quote, I’m here to guide you through the process with care and expertise. I actually studied Aeronautical Engineering, but when the pandemic happened, I had to shift gears and start working in a new field. That’s when I found myself in insurance, and to my surprise, I really enjoy it! What I love most about this role is being able to connect with people every day and make sure they feel supported throughout their insurance journey. I’m truly thankful to be part of the One Stop Insurance family, where I’ve been given the chance to learn, grow, and connect with amazing colleagues who make every day enjoyable.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me on my motorcycle, riding to high places where I can enjoy the peaceful views of clouds during the day or the sparkling city lights at night. There’s something incredibly freeing about those rides that helps me recharge and gain perspective. I also enjoy playing video games and tinkering with my project car and motorcycle in my free time – there’s nothing quite like getting your hands dirty and working on mechanical projects that challenge your problem-solving skills. These hobbies keep me grounded and remind me that whether I’m helping a client navigate their insurance needs or fine-tuning an engine, it’s all about attention to detail and genuine care. I appreciate the opportunity to help clients, tackle challenges, and be part of a team at One Stop Insurance that values support, professionalism, and collaboration in everything we do.
