Hello there! I’m JC—a Customer Service Rep (VA) at One Stop Insurance. Day-to-day tasks involve helping insureds with payments, billing questions/concerns, policy updates, and general questions focusing on Personal Lines of insurance. I also assist with quoting and following up underwriting memos with the insureds from time to time, and I’m excited to grow into Commercial Lines as I expand my skills and knowledge in the insurance space!
Outside of work, I’m a gamer at heart—diving into single-player titles like God of War, Spider-Man (PlayStation), and The Last of Us, with the occasional multiplayer match in Marvel Rivals, Mortal Kombat 1, or Tekken 8 (due to my love of fighting games, in general!). I also make music, sing, and jam out on various musical instruments using my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation), as music is my passion, and I am looking to pursue career in it in the foreseeable future! Most importantly, I’m a proud dad to the cutest and most adorable baby girl I’ve ever seen, Olivia, and a grateful and loving husband to my amazing wife, Karen
