Hi, I’m Maria. I’ve been with One Stop Insurance for a total of 3 years now, mostly handling billing, policy changes, and all those little details that keep things in order. I like keeping things straightforward and making sure clients understand what’s going on without the extra confusion. I’ve learned a lot in this role, and I enjoy finding ways to make the process smoother when I can.
Outside of work, music is a constant for me. I usually have something playing in the background no matter what I’m doing. I’m also a big fan of puzzles and brain games, which I think helps me stay sharp and focused, which also comes in handy when I’m doing a problem-solving for clients account. I’m the type who can spend too long solving a Sudoku just because I don’t like leaving it unfinished.
