Hello! I’m Nikka, and I’ve been with One Stop Insurance for a solid stretch, steering the ship as the VA CSR manager. My role has me juggling the day-to-day operations of our bustling team, with a strong focus on personal lines—a niche I’ve specialized in during my five-year tenure in the insurance industry.
Though I initially trained in Information Technology and Management, coding and I didn’t quite click. Instead, I found my true calling in customer service right after college, where I realized that my real talents lay in connecting with people, actively listening, and solving problems.
Outside of work, I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan and a musical theater enthusiast. Just a little disclaimer: while I love music, singing is definitely not my forte! When I’m looking to unwind, you’ll often find me lost in the latest video game, curled up a gripping book, or diving into a good movie. Whether it’s exploring new worlds through gaming or cozying up with a captivating narrative, my downtime is all about those perfect escape moments.
